Finally a Rainy Wednesday!

After weeks of sunshine and blue sky days we finally have one rainy day. And it is a really rainy day. The perfect kind of weather for curling up with a good book and a cup of coffee. Another rainy day favorite is to tackle that 1000 piece puzzle that has been sitting around waiting for a day like this – then again watching the waves roll in off of the mighty Lake Superior is pretty great too. On days like this it is best to wrap yourself in warm blankets and crack the windows open so you can hear the rain splatter on the leaves and as the rain lightens listen to the birds twittering happily in the trees. Enjoying a rainy day once in a while is pure bliss on the North Shore.
