Weekend rates apply for any Thursday/Friday, Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday night Combination
Multiple discounts do not apply on various promotions and packages. Rates subject to change without notice

“Just x 2″ Rate
This rate is for ONLY 2 People, absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS. If guest is suspected to violate the “Just for 2″ rules an additional fee will be added without notice. Can not be combined with other promotions or packages. Other restrictions may apply. Valid: Peak Season Summer/Fall/Winter: Midweek only (Sunday – Thursday Excluding Holidays). Great Values: 7 days a week.
Extra Person Charges
Some units may accommodate more people for an extra charge. Should we find the occupancy exceeds this number without prior approval of the Lutsen Lodging Company, the Lutsen Lodging Company shall impose a $50 per person per night additional charge on your credit card or ask you to leave the property. Early departures shall be responsible for the entire stay of confirmed reservations.
Our Deposit Policy
One night deposit required at the time reservation is made. Balance is paid automatically on arrival day. Weekly reservations require 50% deposit at the time reservation is made. Balance is paid automatically 14 days prior arrival
Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled 45 days or more prior to the arrival date, receive 90% refund.
Reservations cancelled 14-44 days prior to the arrival date, receive 50% refund.
Cancellations within 14 days of your arrival date, or early check-out, the deposit in non-refundable.
The deposit and cancellation policy is in effect for reservations regardless of circumstance.
Holiday Deposit/Cancellation Policy
50% deposit is due by 11/01. Prepayment in its entirety is required for all Christmas/New Year’s reservations by 12/1 or at the time reservation is made if after 12/1. Cancellations made before 11/01 receive 90% refund. Before 12/01 50% refund. After 12/01 deposit is non refundable.
Check in
A convenient benefit for our lodging guest is direct check-in to your unit. The Lutsen Lodging Company shall provide, by email, all check-in information including specific directions to your unit shortly after your reservation is made.
Pet Friendly units:
Pets must not be left unattended in the units at any time. There is a $20.00/night pet fee up to 3 nights. You must call to let us know you will be bringing a pet. A fine of $150 per day may be imposed for any indication of pets in a NON pet friendly unit.
All our properties are smoke-free.
