You can also snowmobile from the driveway of the home at catch the “Lutsen Trail Breakers Trail System” which will take you to the State Trail system and to “infinity and beyond”. In addition, you are just five minutes from Lutsen Mountains. You have the winter trifecta with this home – snowmobiling, cross country and downhill skiing. Care to double down….snowshoeing is great along the ridgeline of the Sawtooth Mountains where lake effect dumps significant amounts of snow. The Superior Hiking Trail offers wonderful snowshoe trails in the winter and this trail system is only two minutes away. Uffda. A lot to do. And now for spring, summer and fall. Wow…so much to offer. The fall colors are brilliant along the Coyote Ridgeline. Summer offers hiking, golfing, state parks and so much more all convenient to Coyote Hill. And don’t forget about Spring.
